Bob Geoffroy, President

Bob has been building business all across the U.S. and abroad for the last 20 years. His experience ranges from developing new product lines to implementing lean manufacturing and strategic supply chains to targeting strategic acquisitions for sustainable long term growth. He has served a Fortune 500 company and held positions including Vice President of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, and General Manager. Bob also led a startup business serving the semiconductor industry.

In these positions he has been responsible for the development of a global product platform while managing plants in the US and Germany, developed supply chains to reduce inventory in growing businesses while improving customer service and bottom line performance, and turned around underperforming manufacturing operations.

Bob has also been responsible for integrating several successful acquisitions into existing operations.

Mark Endry, COO

Mark, a seasoned business and technology manager, has led a software company IPO and a strategic acquisition creating a company with over $400 million in annual revenue.

Mark’s experience includes SEC & AMEX filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, building and running a service-oriented IT organization, corporate networks, software development, and building and managing large multi-national high tech companies.

Mark’s past positions include President and CEO of a Denver based software company, CIO of J.D. Edwards and several positions over 16 years with Digital Equipment Corporation including Director of Global Telecommunications and Networks.

A contributing author of Business Driven Information Technology: Answers to 100 Critical Questions for Every Manager - Stafford University Press, Mark has been recognized nationally with several honors and awards including ComputerWorld Premiere IT 100 Leader, Colorado CIO of the Year and CIO Magazine’s CRM Top 100 Award, and Call Centre Focus Magazine’s Gold Prize for European Call Centre of the Year.

Margie Versen, CFO

Margie has over 30 years of experience building finance and accounting teams in manufacturing and service industries.  She served as Division Controller for the recycling division of an international mining and metallurgy company, the Corporate Controller of a software applications company and most recently as Regional Controller for an international computer education and training company. 

Margie's leadership roles include participation in strategic partnerships, joint ventures and entrepreneurial environments, the implementation of MRP systems, the integration of regional and intradepartmental teams, and expertise in SOX compliance. 

Margie provides the critical links between GAAP oriented financial practices and the management tools necessary to strategically grow businesses. Foremost in her decision making is the human side of the business team.  Her integrity and strength of character command respect therefore creating fully functioning finance teams who contribute directly to the bottom line of highly successful businesses.

Hamid Rabani, Vice President of Engineering

Hamid has over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering, manufacturing and team management. He has created an energetic work environment that allows employees to accelerate and perform to their fullest potential. His extensive background has lead to unparalleled support in early stage product development where he applies the proper design and engineering to create a product that is tangible and meets or exceeds customer expectations. His assistance with design for manufacturability improvements allows products to be done right the first time with ease of production, rapid assembly, best quality, highest reliability, significant cost savings and the shortest time to market.

His expertise is applicable to a wide range of industries including aircraft, telecommunications, medical and computers with emphasis on tape drive technologies.

His team management skills helped prepare the company for achieving certifications for ISO 9001-2000 and AS9100. 

Kerry Fordyce, Vice President of Manufacturing

Kerry joined Arrow Industrial Ltd. in 2007 as QA manager and was promoted to VP of Manufacturing in 2008. Kerry brings over twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing operations management serving the aerospace, defense, and commercial markets.  His strengths in communication and leadership complement a background in lean manufacturing, quality systems, and optimizing organizational structure and performance.  He has a consistent track record of leading teams toward operational excellence and the outperformance of competition through a focus on simplicity and continuous improvement. 

Examples of Kerry’s leadership include his serving as the vision and driving force behind two plant transitions from departmental to demand-based cellular manufacturing, registrations to ISO 9002:1994, ISO 9001:2000, AS 9100, ISO 14000, and Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) , and the attainment of 1.8 million hours of lost-time accident-free safety performance. 

He is committed to creative and collaborative problem-solving and places an unsurpassed priority on overall customer satisfaction.

Mark Wall, Business Development Manager

Mark's broad range of experience, designing effective solutions in Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and Procurement organizations helps him increase employee productivity, increase customer satisfaction while decreasing costs and increasing profits.

In his prior roles including Director of Materials, Division President, Director of Engineering and Director of Operations, Mark focused on process improvement, execution, change management, engineering and product development.

Mark has developed and presented various papers including topics such as integration of Product Data Management and ERP systems, selection criteria for solid modeling tools and the benefits of moving to 3-D modeling tools. His awards include Alcoa award for Best Use of Information Technology in 1999 and 2000 as well as the Alcoa eBusiness "Hall of Fame" award in 1999.      

Molly F. Davis, Purchasing Manager

Molly comes to Arrow Industrial with 28 years in the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management field.  She has held positions in the Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Aerospace industries, all focused on manufacturing.

She had been involved with cross-functional teams to reduce costs by process improvements, both internal and external, implementation of lean initiatives and deeply involved with product development.

She has her C.P.M. designation from the Institute for Supply Management and her certificate in Global Supply Chain Management.  Her background affords intimate knowledge of government regulations related to the medical and aerospace industries including CFR-21, DFARs and ITAR.
